Contest rules Formuleshop Club

1. Organizer: FORMULESHOP.CZ - David Company Ltd.. with r.o., ID: 26416492, hereinafter referred to as "organizer"
2. Name of competition: Formuleshop Club
3. The duration of the competition from 1.12.2009 to 31.12.2010 or while supplies last.
4. Terms and Conditions: The competition is part of a person residing in the Czech Republic. Are excluded from the contest organizer employees.
5. The principle of competition: For every 500 CZK purchase in stores or Formuleshop website www.formuleshop.cz customer will receive a label with a picture of the formula, which is glued to a card game. 6. Prizes - the Formuleshop stores or by mail no later than 31.1.2011.

8.
